In December 2002, a group of families decided to  join Pastor Joe Stansell in forming a new church home: River of Life Christian Fellowship. What started as 60 people in a barn on Hollow Creek Ranch eventually became the church known as “The One Across the Highway from Texas Pride BBQ.”

Our church has been the host to many events, such as Team Impact, various theatrical productions, and even musical talent like Overflow Movement and Curtis Grimes. We support missionaries around the across North America, including Mexico and a children’s school in Petit-Goave Haiti. God continues to bless us with a great congregation and we are in the process of construction for our Family Life Center, where we hope to use for more events and outreach.

 

River of Life has grown into a place where people gather to worship with one another, while ministering to others with the gifts that God has blessed them with. We as a church family have a desire to see our members grow in the knowledge and understanding of God’s Will for their lives and the courage to pursue it. God continues to show His faithfulness to us and we hope that you will visit us and see how God moves in your life as well.
